At RGameConsole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming experience. If your console or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Console

  Securely place the console and all original accessories, manuals, and cables back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
